Rabies Education
Meghan was written a
general letter that could be sent to people like the World Health
Organisation about the rabies situation in Dumangas. It asks for
any assistance they could give, both financial and practical.
It is thought that a public
education campaign would be beneficial. A door-to-door campaign
could run in conjunction with the River Pollution Education program to
save costs.
School Maintenance
Linda is in the process of
gathering information about the standard of some of the local school
buildings. Needless to say, it is somewhat lacking.
The information gathered by
Linda could be used by future volunteers to direct their maintenance efforts.
