Sun. Sand. Sea Turtles.
Take some over-worked and under-paid teachers, add in some poorly
maintained and downright dangerous buildings and stir in some keen but
frustrated students. Make sure you don't add any textbooks, pay
rises or common sense. Mix in some corruption so that it leaves
a bad taste in your mouth.
Leave to stagnate for a few years and you'll end up with the
Education Sector in the Philippines.
So what is it that you actually do Crazymalc? A good question my friend. I'm glad you asked... This
