I sent a video all about Ghana and Liberia to the school I volunteered at in the Philippines.

To download the nine megabyte video clip:

1. Right click on this link.
2. Click on Save Target As...
3. Select a location on your computer.
4. Click Save.
5. Wait (and wait) for the download to finish.
6. Enjoy movie at your own leisure.
7. Share it with all your friends.

The video is in the wmv format which should run fine on Windows Media Player.  I've no idea how it will run on all of you Mac OS users.
