New Volunteers
The new volunteers are (from left to right):
- Angie
Angie is originally from England and will be helping out at the Day
Care Center.
- Emma
Emma is also from England and will be helping out at a local
elementary school.
- Rowen
Rowen has been here a month, so he is not technically new. He
is from England and is teaching Remedial English and Art at a local
elementary school. He is also trying to raise some funds for
some of the poorer communities so that they can buy water pumps and
medicine.
- Malcolm
Malcolm is a strange lad. I'd be surprised if he could find
his own bum with both hands.
- Ciaran (standing)
Ciaran is from Ireland. He has a degree in Marine Biology and
will be helping out some locals to reestablish the mangroves around
the costal areas of Dumangas.
- Robin
Robin is from Scotland. He is trained doctor and will be
helping out at the local hospital.
